Dribbling- Warm Up
Each of the aspects listed above plays a different role on the pitch, but are all equally as important. Developing quick and agile feet will allow the player to avoid injury by being light on their feet, helping them to stay out of harms way in challenges. There are plenty of times in a game where we are required to open up our stride and hit max speed. The middle portion of this drill helps players to extend the length of those strides before picking up the ball on the dribble.
